Please join us! All ages and abilities are welcome! We’ll cut back invasive barberry, bittersweet, honeysuckle, multiflora rose, and possibly buckthorn and autumn olive especially in the area near the old horse chestnut tree. Clippers, limb loppers, shovels and mattocks will be the tools of the day. If you have any of these tools, please bring them along. Work gloves and tough long pants are recommended. At some point during our session we’ll take a break and land trust staff and members and Littlefield Woods neighbors will share what they know about this beautiful preserve. We’ll meet at the kiosk on Littlefield Road.
