Welcome yourself home to your body/mind/spirit in the woods, waters, and wildlife of Rines Forest. As we welcome the Summer Solstice, with more abundant light and life, may we be present and awake for the magic that is alive in us and among us. Take a morning to be on retreat and honor the abundance that is here, in our own backyard in ME. Rines Forest is a magnificent 268-acre protected woodland in the heart of Cumberland that offers a cascading waterfall, recreational trails, places of solitude, diverse wildlife, vernal pools, and streams that flow downstream toward the East Branch of the Piscataqua River, a major tributary of the Presupscot River. The morning will welcome mindful presence through walking, listening, witnessing, practicing yoga, and coming together in our larger Earth community. All ages and levels of practice are welcomed (minors must be accompanied by an adult).
